Since it opened in 1998, Sprigs has become.
Like the fresh produce we source from the best suppliers in Durban,
Sprigs is a seasonal restaurant. Our food is defined not only by the
seasons of the years, but also by the seasons of our moods. What do
we feel like cooking today?
Perhaps there’s a loaf of health bread in the oven and we can
eat it with a salad of grilled fennel bulbs. From our buffet lunches
to tea or coffee with one of our popular cakes, we are a café
