Here at Sprigs we love pickling things, and one of our favourite and most diverse pickle-ables are eggs! We love creating fun and quirky flavours and colours. Fiona's favourite is beetroot pickled eggs which are great when adding a splash of bright colour to a salad or meat and cheese board.
If you are looking for something simple and, of course, delicious there are always the indian spiced pickled eggs. Best with a BLT sarmie! There's just something so appetizing about the sharpness of the pickle and the smokiness of the bacon.
Feeling creative? You could always try cook up some tiny treats. All you have to do is make a tasty tomato salsa, add chopped pickled eggs, fresh herbs and top a crispy bruschette and there you have it; a light snack or a lovely cocktail canapé.
